Job Summary:
You will prioritize, plan and execute strategies for 5G access segment growth.You will gather feedback from your partner and customer base, to provide input to the roadmap for future microprocessor and microcontroller products and solutions.You will track and ensure execution of your plans, while clearly communicating changes to customers and internal teams, and drive corrective actions where needed.Your work will be with diverse world-wide teams and customers, as well as drive collaboration and manage ecosystem (software and hardware) partners.You will define a go-to-market strategy and implement the strategy for this segment.You will set requirements for products in your segment for the product development teams.Ability to drive to successful closure design wins, as well as, manage multiple simultaneous customer programs.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree (Electrical or related discipline)Master of Business degree or equivalent experience10 years of experience, 5 years in the semiconductor industryExperience in the cellular handset or modem solutions and marketplaceExperience developing business case and market analysisExperience with embedded software, including Linux and real-time OSExcellent written and oral communications skills and ability to communicate and work with individuals in all levels within the organizationMotivated self-starter with natural curiosity and eagerness to learn; Detail and action oriented
