Responsibilities:1Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy: Design and execute a strategic plan to increase customer retention, reduce churn rate, and maximize the lifetime value of our customers through our website
2Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate customer behavior, identify patterns, and assess the effectiveness of retention effortsContinuously monitor customer retention metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize the website.
3Implement retention initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to develop and execute retention initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty
4Optimize the customer journey: Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journeyImplement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and increase overall customer retention.
5Analyze customer data, segment customer groups, and develop actionable insightsLeverage this information to tailor retention strategies to specific customer segments.
6Drive experimentation and optimization
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience
3-5 years managing an e-commerce/SEO environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUSTThis is an ONSITE (M-F) role
Direct experience setting up and managing platforms, preferably within an e-commerce environment for major resellers such as Amazon, Walmart, etc
Proficiency in using analytics tools and understanding of relevant metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop and implement effective retention strategiesStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
