About the Role As an CRM manager at Swap you will own the full CRM journey across our outbound efforts and existing customer base. You’ll have the freedom to choose the CRM platform of your choice to manage these email lists with the support of a creative team to help build out your CRM storytelling. You’ll be responsible for the streams and managing reporting to the executive leadership team to track monthly progress. There will also be collaboration required with broader overarching Swap Marketing storytelling. You’ll report directly into the CMO. What we’re looking for: Responsibilities Responsible for developing and managing CRM strategies that align with the overall marketing calendar, orchestrating the right messages at the right time to the right audience, and driving engagement and sales Understand and interpret customer data and drive actionable insights that will help optimize as well as improve retention for existing customers Engage collaboratively with the Analytics to establish KPIs and define the learning and testing agenda Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and perform regular, thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and innovation Work closely with the Product team to ensure alignment on CRM business needs and upcoming product improvements Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of CRM experience in e-commerce, Tech, retail, or agencies Experience with managing full CRM stream for outbound and inbound marketing campaigns Experience with building CRM streams from the ground up or the ability to do so Experience in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies (Experience in Performance Marketing is a plus) Team player with the ability to build strong relationships across Swap Great communicator, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Self-starter who’s looking for a growth opportunity to lead their own department long-term Diversity & Equal Opportunities We embrace diversity and equality in a serious way.
