Director of Enterprise and Internal Communications Strategies
is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global internal communications strategy that supports the organization's overall business objectives and drives targeted outcomes. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic communications, employee engagements, thought leadership opportunities and create strategies that support enterprise activations on behalf of our company. You will develop a deep understanding of the organization and leverage your understanding of industry trends to shape stories that convey the company’s priorities, values, and strategy. In this role will lead a team of communications professionals and manage a variety of internal and external communication channels to effectively engage employees and key stakeholders. You should have outstanding leadership, organizational and project management skills with superior written and verbal communication. Responsibilities: Partner with the business to build a narrative that communicates company’s mission, strategy, culture, and values to our employees. Play a strong, senior strategic role working cross-functionally with senior leaders, business partners, leading to developing communication frameworks aligned to shared objectives and repeatable messaging. Establish strong relationships and collaboration with relevant stakeholders throughout the enterprise to inform ongoing and always-on planning and business/brand alignment. Function as a thought leader that generates strategic ideas for amplification and activations across all existing platforms. Drive enterprise employee-centric stories and product-focused editorial, exploring integrations where possible and helping supplement brand storytelling. Provide guidance and support to executive management for internal meetings, presentations, panels, and events. Manage, plan, and execute company meetings, leadership forums, ad hoc and special events, internal and global summits, etc. Support Executive and Regional Communications partners with overall collaboration regarding brand updates, seasonal and cyclical news, Town Halls, earnings, reporting, and cross-sharing of information. Manage internal and external communications editorial calendars to ensure consistency and amplify key messages monthly and quarterly. Evaluate message levels with target audience(s) to ensure comprehension. Ability to drive cultural and/or change initiatives and position a company as an employer of choice. Creative, innovative, and curious; ability to move from concept to ideation to execution; strong bias for action. Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication plan delivery. Develop standards, guidelines, and procedures for brand playbooks in style, content, events, and other areas. Provide council on vetting opportunities and support on incident and crisis communications efforts. Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives, product launches, and their implementation. Responsible for planning, budgeting, and end results; set policies and strategic direction for function/team. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and oversee multiple concurrent projects and workstreams with various business partners, including HR, PR, Social, Marketing teams, and regional counterparts. Oversee employee channel communications and internal communications graphic design elements with brand alignment. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies. Strong team management and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with a variety of internal and external communication channels. Knowledge of crisis communications and change management best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience working in a multinational organization. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices. Experience with crisis communications and change management. Seniority level
