The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, and creative problem solver with a proven track record in project coordination for digital marketing.RESPONSIBILITIES:Project coordinates the promotional campaign development process. Assist with the development of content briefs and collaborate with the creative team to develop assets and site experiences that align with objectives, guided by the principles of performance marketing.Manage the end-to-end campaign process across creative, copy, and digital marketing for digital marketing campaigns and manage ticket process.Assist with review of creative, copy, and landing pages for accuracy, information architecture, usability, brand alignment and overall concept/messaging.Manage the promotional creative tickets, timelines, and calendars for all digital marketing channels (paid media, affiliate, email/SMS, SEO, direct mail).Review final creative and campaign assets, manage folders and traffic deliverables internally and to agency partners.Set up and proof email/SMS campaigns, Q&A site and coordinate updates for the team.Identify and implement improvements in the digital marketing campaign process.In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, manage the digital marketing calendar to ensure cohesion across all channels.Manage the organization and sharing of digital advertising assets.Support the team with administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, asset organization, and agenda/recaps. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to acquire necessary imagery, graphics, and videos for new launches and promotions.Partner with Digital Marketing and E-commerce teams on changes to campaigns and communicate updates to partners.Assist with developing competitive research and best practices, especially as it relates to marketing effectiveness, creative, targeting and campaign optimization.Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams (ie: Creative, Web Product, Consumer Engagement, Global Marketing, Analytics) on key initiatives to ensure cross-functional alignment and campaign success.REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Strong understanding of digital marketing, with experience in performance environments and desire to test and learn.Strong project and time management, organizational, & prioritization skills. Must be detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, adaptability, & a high degree of collaboration (must be a team player).Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in the digital, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce space with known consumer brands, in a fast-growth environment. Beauty, agency or fashion industry is a plus.Results-oriented and a self-starter. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
