Part-time Marketing Coordinator needed for the Downtown Dallas area
Temporary Contract
$20-25hr / M-F / 20-29hrs week
Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
Filtering through influencers coming in through our new intake form (social channels)
Classifying them and handling data entry into internal software with accuracy
Managing 3PL (third party logistics) setup for inventory to be mailed, and coordinating samples and stock levels
Managing communication-general for Slack channels for all new influencers
Finding gifting opportunities with existing and new influencers (identifying and creating a calendar setup)
Collecting and verifying addresses for influencers and inputting them into records and systems
Scouting new influencers and inputting them into the system
Assisting in local event coordination like hands-on setup or item pickups or deliveries
Coordinating different seeding campaign programsOverall job duties:
Actively contribute to the Cetaphil's social influencer strategy through weekly share outs and participation in team meetings / Capture key learnings and findings
Analyze the social and influencer competitive space to identify new opportunities to evolve Cetaphil's social media strategy
Assist with coordination and tracking of influencer seedings
Support Cetaphil's produced video DAM with channel management inclusive of channel auditing, programming and tracking content usage/talent rights
Support shoot preparation on site, and location and On site event support acting as an influencer support
Contribute to our Influencer marketing competitor analysis and Cetaphil program learnings-assisting the team in evolving the Influencer Program to be differentiated in the space
Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content and cultural moment/ trends, content that resonates with our brand's commitment
Contribute to the development of strategic content plans for influencer marketing campaigns by incorporating insights gathered from influencer marketing software
Ensure that content plans align seamlessly with Cetaphil Brand values, leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign effectiveness
Review and filter through influencer gifting initiatives, ideate personalized packages that resonate with the Gen-Z audience and other groups
Conduct thorough influencer discovery within the Gen-Z demographic, identifying rising stars and authentic voices that align with Cetaphil's values
Build comprehensive gifting and seeding lists by ensuring alignment with campaign/ product objectives and influencer profiles net new and existing
Foster meaningful relationships through strategic gifting, including personalized or milestone send-outs, to enhance brand visibility and foster genuine connections with influencers
Take charge of organizing inventory with our 3PL for influencer gifting/ seeding, maintaining accurate records of product stock and ensuring timely restocking, including that for the product closet
Develop a deep understanding of Cetaphil's product line and key features, enabling effective communication with influencers
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend incorporating relevant trends (sounds, music, and meme's)
Engage with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Brand, fostering alignment and synergy in influencer marketing and conversion efforts
Design visually appealing and engaging presentations for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and guidelines
Transform data and insights into compelling visual narratives, making complex information accessible and impactful for internal and external stakeholderSkills
Exceptional knowledge and pulse of current beauty and influencer trends
Proficient in relevant social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, X, TikTok and emerging channels
Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing Influencer and social landscape
