Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping brands reach their full potential through impactful advertising.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns tailored to client needs
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure campaign consistency and quality
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay within scope
Assist in the development of new advertising strategies and proposals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in advertising platforms and reporting tools is a plus
