We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create compelling advertising strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
4. Create and manage advertising materials, including copy, visuals, and digital content
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform campaigns
6. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging
7. Report on campaign performance to senior management and clients
8. Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends and tools

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in advertising or a related field
2. Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and design tools
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Creative mindset with attention to detail
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
