APTIM is looking for a motivated and experienced
Marketing & Event Specialist
to join the Entergy Louisiana's Entergy Solutions Program. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for crafting, reviewing, and executing on-message program communication to various stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing program services and support for Entergy Louisiana's Entergy Solutions Program. Entergy Solutions is the state's energy efficiency program and an incentive program available to all Entergy Louisiana electric customers. The program provides cash incentives to customers for making improvements to residential and commercial buildings that will reduce electricity usage.Our role as the Program Administrator is to develop energy-savings programs that are vital in the marketplace for residential and business customers. APTIM is responsible for designing and managing program operations; measuring, tracking, and reporting results; marketing, outreach, and community engagement; and providing engineering and technical resources.APTIM's Energy Solutions team is a recognized leader in the marketplace. Our award-winning team pursues highly innovative programs providing the full breadth of energy solutions including Demand Side Management, Smart Energy Solutions, Distributed Energy Resources, Grid Modernization and Resiliency. Our consultants proactively collaborate to define and implement strategies and campaigns around key client drivers, with the primary focus of finding and delivering rewarding projects that exceed expectations and meet unique needs for our clients.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Creating content for marketing collateral, news releases, web, white papers, case studies, newsletters, advertisements, blog and more.Developing content strategies to reach business and residential customer segments.Ensure brand consistency and synergies across programs, responsible for tracking KPI's for Residential programs.Proofread content created for various collateral materials and ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar and subject matter voice and quality by ensuring brand standards are adhered to.Create unique and engaging content to drive web impressions, program participation, earned media opportunities, leads, and more.Develop client presentations/program updates to the client.Partner with Marketing Manager to track ROI for marketing campaigns as requested.Act as project coordinator with marketing and communications staff to overlay content development strategy with marketing campaigns in market.Coordinate requests, materials and details surrounding community outreach events with administrator, implementers, and end customer stakeholders.Maintain an event tracking spreadsheet with event information.Assist with social media, search engine optimization, curating customer success stories and reporting metrics and success of campaigns.Perform other related duties as assigned.Ensure compliance with all APTIM quality and safety policies as well as all OSHA regulations.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred with an emphasis in marketing, communications, or journalism from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience marketing or communications at a professional level.Excellent written and oral communication skills, experience with customer engagement and coordination.Able to work effectively and professionally in both a team and autonomously.Computer Skills desired: Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, CRM and marketing automation tools, and social media applications.Self-starter with the ability to manage time, work independently and prioritize projects within established deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to execute marketing strategy.Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.Detail-oriented with excellent time management, project management, and follow-through.Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with client engagement and coordination.Proficient in Microsoft Office software.Advanced written and oral communication skills.Desired/Preferred Qualifications
1+ years' experience in the energy efficiency industry preferred.Understanding of energy efficiency technologies and energy-saving solutions including lighting, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Company Overview
