Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendarsManagement of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive's tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholdersInternational and domestic travel coordinationParticipate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AWS to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficienciesTracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables across programmatic mechanismsA day in the life
