Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr We’re looking for a HubSpot Administrator to join our Wealth Management client's team. This role will support over 100 advisor firms using the
Marketing Hub , helping them send effective marketing emails, build templates, manage workflows, and troubleshoot issues across a custom environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and customize
email templates ,
landing pages , and
social posts
within HubSpot Set up and manage
workflows
for each advisor brand Support a range of users—from solo advisors to full marketing teams—with a customer-service mindset Help users navigate change, especially as this is the latest of several platform transitions Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean data across HubSpot and Salesforce Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing users What We’re Looking For: Solid technical HubSpot experience—especially in the
Marketing Hub
(workflows, templates, automation) Proficiency with
Data Analysis Proficiency in using and making changes with marketing software and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems Clear communicator who can guide non-technical users Comfortable in a customer-facing role Seniority level
