Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more.Our client is a a leading manufacturer in the heavy machinery industry, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead the marketing communications team. This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive marcom strategies to enhance brand awareness, support product launches, and drive dealer and customer engagement.As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will oversee a team of talented content creators and be responsible for all marketing communications duties. This includes managing the creation of promotional materials, developing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and maintaining a strong online presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies to support business objectives and growth.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, videos, web content, and social media.Collaborate with sales, product management, and dealer network to align marketing efforts with business goals.Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Plan and execute trade shows, events, and dealer meetings to maximize brand visibility and engagement.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications activities and adjust strategies as necessary.Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the durable goods or heavy machinery industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.Strong understanding of distribution channels, particularly dealer networks.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing communications and a desire to lead a talented team, we encourage you to apply.
