Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. A Sales & Marketing Coordinator oversees and helps manage the work of the sales and marketing departments to better promote the company to potential clients. As a sales and marketing coordinator, your job duties include contributing to the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring that the print, digital and online presence of the company is up-to-date and effective, managing key components of the CRM (HubSpot), preparing marketing material and sales capabilities decks, and creating detailed reporting to evaluate marketing and sales performance. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the VP, Sales & Marketing across all sales and marketing initiatives including brand management, content creation, email marketing, social media, events, PPC, website development, SEO, and sales operations/reporting. Work with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Leadership, and various other departments, keeping all stakeholders in the communication loop. Some travel for events will be expected.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the VP, Sales & Marketing in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and planning promotional presentations. Updating plans and calendars for all involved stakeholders.Accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive engagement, downloads, and leads that deliver on marketing and sales goals.Create and execute an annual content marketing calendar, inclusive of budget planning, goal setting, and reporting.Conceptualize, write, and edit content for thought leadership pieces, white papers, trend reports, e-mail campaigns, articles, case studies, and webpages.Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of all marketing collateral with goals to increase content downloads and lead generation for new business development.Help review existing social media and design and implement a new social media strategy to align with business goals and budget.Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content across all online channels.Plan, oversee, and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and events by identifying requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and managing invoices.Coordinate with, and oversee, outside creative talent, partners, and freelancers by setting and achieving milestones across design, content creation, public relations, social media, and award submissions.Support the sales team with lead generation, acquiring lists, and researching prospective customers.Oversee and assist with data entry and maintenance of sales and marketing leads in CRM system.Ensure the utmost accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks.Manage information disbursement to drive projects through Peak’s systems, including maintaining Work Orders and Creative Briefs, and communicating information to all departments in an effective manner.Have solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google analytics.Keep organized job files and inventory.Familiarity with Web Flow design is a plus.Experience in SEM and display advertising is a plus.Experience with creative software apps such as 3D rendering software and graphic design apps.REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year College or university; and 2+ years’ relevant experience or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Superior organization skills, precise and meticulous/high attention to detail; excellent follow-up skills are required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals internally and externally.Proactive and self-motivated; taking ownership of meeting and striving to exceed his/her commitments.Exhibit the ability to multi-task; must be versatile and thrive under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines; works well under pressure.A team player with a great sense of humor and positive attitude; thoughtful and conscientious.
