Responsibilities of the Social Media Coordinator:

1. Monitor all comments and messages on behalf of the Company’s social media pages, including current locations and pre-sale.
2. Conceptualize and produce quality social content to incite engagement and social inquiries.
3. Increase participation and revenue via social media across multiple departments, including group fitness and personal training.
4. Coordinate the execution of open club social media initiatives, giveaways, and contests.
5. Report on daily metrics at the start of each day.
6. Complete all designated end-of-month analytics at the start of each month.
7. Willing to work remotely during a grand opening weekend.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in social media preferred.
3. Video filming and editing skills are a plus.
4. Proficient in Google Drive programs, sheets, docs, presentations, etc.
5. Strong organization, project management skills, and attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
7. Self-starter capable of independently advancing projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
8. Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
