Qualifications Language Skills:

Ability to make independent decisions when necessary. Interpersonal Skills:
Tactful interaction with personnel, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the public. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or five years of relevant healthcare marketing/public relations experience. Knowledge & Skills:
Effective communication, mass media, advertising, community relations, organization, and understanding of laws and regulations related to nursing facility administration. Additional Attributes:
Patience, tact, enthusiasm, ability to innovate, maintain good relations, and ensure safety.
