The Marketing Associate will join the Advertising & Paid Media team, reporting to the Director, Marketing. Responsibilities include supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, investor education, and product adoption. The role involves campaign management, workflow coordination, stakeholder communications, managing project workflows, maintaining marketing dashboards, routing contracts and creative assets for approval, partnering with Creative and Compliance teams, collaborating with external media and creative agencies, supporting performance reporting, monitoring industry trends, and contributing to testing initiatives. Requirements include 4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or crypto; proven project management skills; excellent organizational and communication skills; familiarity with integrated media strategies; knowledge of crypto markets is a plus; strong attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment; and a team-first mindset.
