Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.This person will be responsible for developing our Offline Channel point of sales (POS), while raising the bar in customer experience. In this role, the candidate will partner with Amazon Devices Product and Marketing teams, work with technical teams on product roadmaps and project prioritization, identifying how to best meet customer needs, and work with finance and distributor teams to execute the plan.
A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. This person will be creative, analytical, customer centric, resourceful, team oriented, an effective communicator, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. It will work with offline retailers and agency partners to develop and implement offline marketing assets for our product lines, while keeping track of effectiveness metrics and identifying levers to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
Key job responsibilities
Advocate for what is the best for customers, creating a world-class customer experience.Lead and define the Trade Marketing in-store masterplan to offer relevant permanent & temporary solutions for key consumption periods, events and promotional opportunities.Own point of sale materials from design adaptation to local requirements, in-store implementation, maintenance & refresh (e.g. digital and physical POS, content, offline marketing).Develop efficient, scalable mechanisms for in-store repair and fixtures maintenance.Create and deliver Retail Execution guidelines.Develop and execute end-to-end in store plans for new product launches into the BR retail marketplace, including fixtures updates and roll-out, in-store training and asset delivery to retail partners.Identify Shopper Insights to feed into the trade marketing strategy, and translate them into winning shopper experiences and actionable plans that deliver on the retail partner objectives.Overview & lead merchandising and field team efforts across all Offline retailers. Analyze in-store KPIs and in-store execution on a regular basis, translating them into data driven action plans.Analyze sell out data to measure effectiveness of our in-store efforts. Measure ROI of major initiatives.Define, manage & deploy training programs for store staff. Manage our e-learning platform including development & localization of training modules.Manage end to end processes relating to trade shows, retail specific roadshows or training events.Be the key point of contact and relationship owner of multiple third-party agencies. On-board and manage external vendors including contract, budget, and KPIs set up.Work directly with the Head of BR Devices Offline Channel and partner with Amazon Offline Channel Devices Planning, Marketing and Product Management teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience communicating results to senior leadershipHistory of effectively managing external partners and/or retailers trade marketing roles;High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;Ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment;Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly;Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese;Great professional non-internship marketing experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insightsExperience with Salesforce and TableauRelevant work experience in sales/marketing management, ecommerce, and retail with consumer electronics or high-tech products preferred.Accomplished range of skill from high-level strategic thinking to creative.Experience indirectly leading operational teams.Experience in start-up type environments or short-cycle businesses.
