About the AMD Channel Marketing Specialist:MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Channel Marketing Specialist on the AMD Team. The Channel Marketing Specialist will provide support AMD Channel Partners and help them manage the MDF process, drive revenue for AMD, deliver reporting to AMD on MDF ROI, and increase overall AMD brand awareness.

Remote (Austin, Texas area or Atlanta, Georgia area)
What Will You Do?
Provide operational support to the channel marketing managers.
Giveaway orders with Boundless: identify items, gathering quote + required paperwork for submission of reservation.
Owning and updating the events calendar and the multiple event calendar requests
Lead template and upload process.
Always on baseline reservation submissions includes gathering quotes (Lahlouh, Extron, etc.)
Event request form submission for 3rd party events (Quarterly submission)
Extron and Lahlouh items clean up and inventory management quarterly.
AMD led campaign tracking and gathering of results.
Contract management / Renewal Tracking
Copy request for Channel Partners
Workflow requests
EA approvals and tracking
New vendor/customer setup and requests
Ticket event management
Claims Management - VARs 1-2 hrs. per week
Open PO with balance follow-up
Event shipping management - Larger shows
Corporate card management/requests
MPP budget review and auditing
GSI account setup - Cloud support
Deliver on monthly and quarterly metrics as outlined by AMD and MarketStar
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Previous channel sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, or business-related work experience
Experience conducting small group presentations or training
Solid understanding of distribution and the ability to learn quickly
Time management and organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Previous experience with channel marketing and MDF preferred

The pay range for this position is $65,000 and is paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
