Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on the two of the global accounts and assist on new business, will run day-to-day. projects autonomously, knowing when to uplevel as needed. This position will report to the VP, Group Account Director.
The Account Management team will be an extension of our client’s team, and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.
This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed, as well as collaboration with project management, media, finance, creative, experiential and production teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within client's business
Provide agency coverage and client support at Experiential events
Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team
Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production and strategy
Manage finance process on the agency and client side, including billing and job tracking
Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, working with strategist on briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews
Oversee client billing
Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
Interface with Business affairs to ensure vet all content licensing
Salary: $100K / per year
Qualifications
Bilingual (Korean) is required
6+ years of Account Management experience
Willing to travel, up to 20%, for events, production and client business
Strong understanding of and passion for Automotive is
Prior experience in account management for global brands is highly .
Social Media Account management experience is highly
Ability to think strategically
Ability to time manage, meet deadlines and multi-task
Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence, and sense of ownership
Proactive thinker, communicator, and problem-solver
Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
