BioBridge Global General Summary:
The Marketing Manager reports to the Director, Marketing and is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to grow BioBridge Global’s (BBG) brand in the Advanced Therapies industry and promote its subsidiaries’ products and services. He/She will collaborate with BBG business units, subject matter experts (SMEs), and support services to develop and execute B2B marketing activities. Responsibilities include development, execution, and management of content creation, promotional and lead generation programs, sales collateral management, and social media campaigns. He/She will be the Marketing lead for the BBG Advanced Therapies’ business unit. Duties will include market sizing, competitive intelligence, pricing, positioning of products and services, and launch plan execution. The Marketing Manager will manage the Events and Conferences Planner, ensuring high-level service throughout all phases of planning and executing industry conferences, hosted events, and corporate membership opportunities. Responsibilities include ensuring the accurate maintenance of the BioBridge Global events calendar and budget. Support, communicate, and reinforce the mission and vision of the enterprise. Provide world-class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes. It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all marketing activities for the BBG Advanced Therapies business unit. Collaborate with the BBG Advanced Therapies team to develop impactful messaging, collateral, social media, and marketing campaigns. Manage the content review and document control process for new and existing sales and marketing collateral. Drive content creation and updates to the website in collaboration with internal support teams and vendors. Manage sales lead generation programs. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Be the Marketing lead for the development of new products and services managed through the New Product Commercialization (NPC) process. Work with all BBG business units and departments as required to support business initiatives across the organization. Manage the Events & Conference Planner’s activities to ensure seamless execution of BBG’s industry event activities and maintenance of the organization’s corporate memberships. Support general marketing activities as needed. Education:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. The required major is marketing, communication, business, or related field from an accredited university. Experience:
Requires five years in marketing/communications or related fields, preferably in healthcare. Requires two or more years in management/managing people. Prefer experience in regenerative medicine, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries. Knowledge of programs such as CANVA, FlippingBook is preferred. Knowledge:
Must have working knowledge of B2B marketing strategies/platforms, sales enablement, social media, and SEO/SEM. Must obtain working knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements and perform within all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Skills:
Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions. Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Abilities:
Must be able to collaborate across departments and present to key decision-makers. Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, employees, and management staff. Must be able to keep information confidential. Must be able to perform multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy. Must be neat in appearance and well-groomed. Must be professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, assertive, organized, and can work independently. Working Environment:
Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned, and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening, or night during the week or weekend. May require out-of-town and overnight stays occasionally (no more than 25%). Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours. Requires the ability to reach, lift, and carry up to 20 lbs. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
