The Manager, Brand Strategy in partnership with the Universal Destination & Experiences team will help in the management of the Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) brand. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Segment Marketing, this individual is a critical member of a team that aligns and fosters the growth of a brand. Brand Strategy & Development
Brand strategy : Develop and implement short and long-term brand strategies that align with Universal Studio Hollywood and Universal Destinations and Experiences. Communication : Understand and communicate to the target audience in partnership with overall strategy audience team. Cross-functional collaboration : Work with other teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. A strong acumen for storytelling
and analysis, and experience working with strategic frameworks, consumer research, and metrics. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Required Skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly desired. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, in consumer entertainment, travel, leisure, or theme park industry. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written while ensuring attention to detail. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms. Superb relationship building and problem-solving skills; proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and resilient. Ability to lead projects by influence and persuasion. Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Creative acumen, empathy, maturity, and enthusiasm. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Hybrid:
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
