Develop and implement the strategic vision for the telecommunications division, aligning with the overall corporate strategy. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of telecommunications projects and initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory agencies. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the telecommunications division, ensuring financial targets are met. Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, services, and market trends. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compensation and Benefits:
