Responsibilities The Marketing Manager is a curious, creative, and competent individual who will adeptly build and manage comprehensive digital marketing activities. Working closely with the commercial team to understand and align with corporate goals, the manager will be a brand champion responsible for writing, posting, and optimizing content for social media, creating Salesforce campaign pages and email nurture streams, maintaining a WordPress website with periodic updates, and supporting conference participation with innovative digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing with demonstrated success in the execution of demand and lead generating activities. They will have a knack for crafting compelling copy, experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, and familiarity with WordPress. They will thrive in a startup environment where the projects differ every day and everyone is empowered to contribute to the organization’s collective success. Functional Oversight : Digital and content marketing Website Management Funnel Management Location : Hybrid remote with 2-3 days on-site in Rye, New York. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: • Create and manage social media campaigns and promotions that satisfy lead generation goals. • Develop, write, and post engaging B2B and B2C content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand and grow the corporate follower base. • Monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and performance metrics. Salesforce Marketing: • Design, build, and maintain as-needed Salesforce landing pages to generate leads according to campaign objectives. • Develop and manage email nurture streams for defined target client segments, including creating content, analyzing, and optimizing performance. Website Management: • Update and manage website content as needed, ensuring all web content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand guidelines. • Work with web developers to troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues. Intranet Site Management: • Update and manage the intranet SharePoint site as a key resource for CCS employees, including short news features, photos, and announcements. • Maintain the CCS organizational calendar with notice of upcoming events to promote transparency across a multi-site business unit. Reporting and Analysis: • Track and analyze the performance of social media, Salesforce landing pages, and email marketing campaigns, refining strategies as necessary to optimize performance. • Track and analyze web performance of the website and related advertising. • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience and a track record of success in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. Travel: Up to 10% Knowledge: Proficiency in an array of marketing platforms and tools including Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc. Working knowledge of digital technologies and software (i.e., photo/video editing). Skills & Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to research and write clear, compelling, and audience-focused content in a variety of formats. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
