Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality marketing materials, proposals, and presentations that align with client needs and deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to combine creativity with strategy to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on effectiveness.
Content Creation & Management
- Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, emails, and social media posts.
- Maintain and update website content and blog posts.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging content.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts (posting, scheduling, monitoring engagement).
- Track analytics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and marketing supplies.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and segment contact databases.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Event Planning & Support
- Help organize webinars, conferences, and community events.
- Coordinate logistics, registration, and promotional materials.
- Provide on-site support when needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate marketing
• Marketing experience in Architecture, Construction, and/or Engineering industries is REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with state and federal procurement processes is highly desirable.
