Owns end-to-end development of integrated product launch strategy, and ongoing management of customer lifecycle, including lead gen, engagement, retention, and growth.Owns and executes content strategy which aligns with business focus and supports annual initiatives.Builds deep and ongoing understanding of the professions, competitors, and potential head/tail winds that could impact higher-level business goals and applies that knowledge to a comprehensive product strategy.Works closely with Campaign Manager to execute strategies, gain learnings, and collaborate on optimization.Works closely with Director of Marketing to support the health of product landing pages, including value props, merchandising, and overall positive UX.Translates high-level business goals into product strategy with clear measurable objectives (KPIs) using a mix of marketing channels for B2C and B2B routes to market.Communicates product strategy and fosters cross-functional internal alignment (product, content, shared services) and sales readiness.Activates marketing plans with Campaign Manager, shared services teams, and external contractor(s) assures needs are met on time, on budget, and of high quality.Regularly measures ROI of executed strategy and overarching integrated campaigns; works with Campaign Manager to pivot campaigns and channel mix as needed to continue to meet revenue needs.For B2B, optimizes and maintains existing collateral, and identifies new content requirements including sales collateral, slideware, case studies, testimonials to ensure compelling program/product value proposition.Establishes on-going cadence with team stakeholders to ensure inclusion and feedback.Maintains daily view of web performance KPIs along with recommendations for adjustment to improve performance.Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or a related field is required; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum 2 years of product marketing experience is required; a mix of B2C and direct to consumer product marketing.Experience creating measurable marketing plans with go-to-market principles.Experience managing a budget with high attention to detail.Strong professional writing skills, with an emphasis on persuasive copy.High degree of knowledge of paid media, SEO, content marketing.Ability to influence others and enlist their help on a variety of ever-changing priorities.Exceptional analytical, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal).Software/Tools
Experience in HubSpot is preferred.Experience with ClickUp, Jira, and Qualtrics is desirable.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PowerBI is required; experience with Google Analytics is desirable.PTO is 20 days/year for the first 5 years; prorated based on start date. 25 days after five years.
