Senior Marketing Communications ManagerResponsibilitiesDevelop strategy, KPI's and proposed structure for identified influencer programs and activations to drive sales at key retailers, on Amazon and via our D2C online storesOversee the management of ongoing relationships and directory of all influencer relationships for the brandsCreate and oversee the execution of clear and measurable Influencer campaigns to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, cost-effectively and with excellenceIdentify and cultivate relationships with high potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and engagementDevelop and oversee evergreen influencer gifting, product seeding, and outreach programsTrack, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationSuggest ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach and retention, staying on top of the latest trends across a variety of platformsManage a team of coordinators in influencer outreach, retention, product gifting, and campaign executionBuild relationships and develop partnerships with complementary brands to create cross-promotional opportunities to drive further brand awareness, reach and salesManage in-house PR including regular pitches to media outlets, build relationships with key editors and press contacts, write and disseminate press releasesWork with the broader team on the strategic direction of the brands and provide lead inputs on how influencers, partnerships and PR can supportCollaborate with Marketing Communications, Social Media, Trade Marketing, Digital and Brand Management teams to integrate influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiativesWork closely with Brand Management, Trade Marketing and Sales Account Management team to support product & retail launches and campaignsOther duties as assignedMinimum Educational Qualifications/ExperienceBA Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related experience4 years' experience in influencer marketing1 year supervisory experienceA combination of education and experience may be consideredOther Skills:Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedInExperience with influencer and social media softwares, such as Creator IQ and Dash HudsonExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA balanced blend of creative and analytical skillsOrganization with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently to deadlinesKnowledge of Google Docs applications or Microsoft equivalentAn existing network of influencers and pressRelated work experience in the beauty industry preferredAgency experience preferred
