We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join NPi’s award-winning Ignite Player Marketing team. The Specialist will help meet business goals by working directly with NPi’s Marketing Automation Manager to improve customer experience. This individual will be responsible for fully leveraging the automation platform's capabilities. Utilize your expertise in marketing automation platforms to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize business growth. From creating automated workflows to personalizing player journeys, your skills will help us deliver relevant and timely messaging across various channels. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for email marketing program execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluating these for improvements. Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team. Manage execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Help plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates, campaign ROI, and player growth. Utilize QA tools and follow QA processes during campaign creation. Review marketing emails/pop-ups for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Build and create email templates, pop-ups, and marketing materials within NeoSphere and NeoEngage. Develop, document and implement standards and processes to increase efficiency. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Marketing or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing automation is preferred. Experience with Bloomreach preferred, or strong working knowledge of platforms like Marketo, Optimove, or Salesforce. Strong experience in setting up and configuring marketing campaigns. Knowledge of email marketing and automation best practices. Basic working knowledge of HTML and CMS preferred. Attention to detail and experience with quality control are vitally important. Responsible, well organized, independent, ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking, excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
