Client Outreach & Marketing Assistant
Part-Time | Hybrid (Remote + Field + Event) | $12.00/hr + Bonuses Location: Indiana (Mishawaka, South Bend, Elkhart & surrounding areas) Company: Destiny’s Caring Hands LLC Reports to: Director of Business Development / Office Manager
Position Overview:
Do you enjoy meeting new people, being out in the community, and helping others connect to services they need? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and energetic Client Outreach & Marketing Assistant to help grow Destiny’s Caring Hands LLC. This flexible and fun role combines community visits, event participation, and remote work—all while earning an hourly rate that can range from $12 to $29+, depending on your ability to connect, promote, and bring in clients. The more you hustle, the more you earn. It’s really that simple.
Your Responsibilities:
️ Field Outreach
Visit senior apartments, clinics, barber shops, salons, and churches Deliver brochures, business cards, care kits, and flyers Build relationships with referral sources (social workers, Medicaid advisors, hospitals) Submit brief weekly logs of contacts, locations, and interactions
Remote Work
Call or email leads, referrals, or community contacts Create weekly outreach logs in Google Sheets Join local Facebook groups or post flyers digitally Send follow-ups to families who requested services Assist with light social media posting (optional, training provided)
Event Participation
Staff our vendor table at local events (fairs, expos, cookouts) Pass out info and swag, and help potential clients sign up Represent Destiny’s Caring Hands with professionalism and care
Pay & Incentives:
$12.00/hour flat rate (for all field, event, and remote work)
Commission Bonuses: $50 per new client that starts services within 14 days $75–$100 per new client that starts services within 7 days
Incentives: Reach five clients = $50 gift card Attend three events/month = free lunch or gas card Monthly raffle for top outreach performer
✅ What You’ll Need:
Reliable transportation (for field visits and events) Phone with internet access and basic typing ability Positive, outgoing attitude Must be able to talk comfortably to strangers and professionals High school diploma or GED preferred (students welcome!)
