Project Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing research projects, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality outputs.Research Design: Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to meet specific business objectives and market challenges.Data Collection: Utilize various data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary data analysis.Data Analysis: Perform analysis and interpret data to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to clarify research needs and integrate findings into business strategies.DIY Research Methods: Competent in DIY (do-it-yourself) research methods to ensure flexibility and cost-effectiveness in research approaches.Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights.Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve research processes, tools, and methodologies.Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the overall objectives of the marketing research department.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field3+ years of relevant experience is strongly preferredPreferred Qualifications
Experience with customer insights and analytics tools (Qualtrics, Confirmit, PowerBI, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniquesProfessional certifications (e.g., Professional Researcher Certification) are a plus.
