Core Job Responsibilities:
Work with Marketing leadership to develop, maintain and continually improve an innovative, tech-forward guest experience.
Responsible for property-wide alignment on marketing branding both front and back of house.
Own and maintain Service Level Agreements with resort operators and partners.
Assists with creating Marketing plans and provides insight along with competitive analysis.
Supervises the editorial and quality assurance process with content creators.
Supervises information submissions and updates for the assets across property.
Suggest creative experiences that will differentiate Palms from competitors and create demand.
Work independently and be solution oriented.
Create a work environment that supports our core values, and promotes integrity, teamwork, performance, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.
Ensure that the required licensing is maintained & updated.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Perform other job duties as requested.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or significant related work experience a plus.
Working knowledge of content/asset management systems, a plus.
Working knowledge of authoring and publishing tools.
Working knowledge of Social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Experience managing external vendors and shared services.
Experience creating analytical reporting for traditional media.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Working knowledge with IT, digital and casino operations.
Previous experience working in a hospitality setting a plus.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in various settings including closed office and casino floor.
Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
May be exposed to smoke
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Constant contact with executives, department management, employees, and guests.
Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility.
Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Eye/hand coordination.
Use of standard office equipment.
Basic math.
Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
