We are rapidly expanding in the Austin area and are looking for an ambitious individual to fill a Direct Marketing and Customer Service Representative role as soon as possible. The Direct Marketing and Customer Service Representative will focus primarily on lead acquisition and customer retention for our exclusive telecommunications client- AT&T.
Direct Marketing and Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of AT&T's overall marketing and development goals
- Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and ensure we are representing AT&T professionally, providing the best service options for potential new customers, and leveraging AT&T's reputation and reliability to drive sales
- Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approaches to potential new clients
- Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and develop a better consumer experience
- Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
