We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping market strategy, managing product lifecycle, generating demand, and positioning our water filtration products. This high-impact role focuses on long-term growth, OEM partnerships, and leveraging consumer insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strategic marketing expertise, product management experience, and market research skills, capable of guiding product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies while integrating data-driven insights with creative marketing initiatives to enhance our brand across B2B and B2C markets. Strategic Market Planning & Business Insights • Develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap to support growth and expansion. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities. • Provide data-driven insights to inform OEM marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans. • Collaborate with leadership to define value propositions and differentiation strategies that appeal to OEMs and end consumers. Demand Generation & Go-to-Market Strategy • Implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to support OEM sales and boost brand awareness among end-users. • Optimize digital marketing, ABM, content marketing, SEO, and paid media strategies. • Partner with OEMs to co-market products, develop joint campaigns, and create sales enablement tools. Brand Management & Market Positioning • Strengthen brand presence in both OEM (B2B) and consumer (B2C) segments. • Develop compelling messaging, content, and storytelling to showcase expertise in water filtration. • Ensure branding aligns with OEM needs while maintaining consumer appeal. Consumer & OEM Market Insights • Stay updated on consumer trends, regulations, and technological advancements. • Conduct consumer research to gather insights for product development and marketing. • Translate consumer needs into OEM opportunities to enhance product positioning. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Work closely with OEM partners, sales, product management, and leadership. • Manage relationships with external agencies, research firms, and media partners. • Support thought leadership initiatives like whitepapers, industry reports, and conferences. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. • 10+ years in strategic marketing, market research, or product marketing, preferably in water filtration or consumer goods. • Expertise in B2B2C marketing, OEM collaborations, and consumer insights. • Proven success in market analysis, go-to-market strategies, and demand generation. • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and CRM tools. • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage projects effectively. • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
