Sterling Seacrest Pritchard (SSP) is hiring a Creative Service Associate, who will be responsible for producing visually appealing creative assets and templates within SSP brand guidelines.

This role is based in our Atlanta office and focuses heavily on creating and maintaining brand graphics and templates, for the SSP enterprise. This position will join a marketing team that supports brand and revenue-generating projects and events. Assets created will be used by all levels of the organization.

The best fit for this role is a team player who is passionate about developing brand assets, enjoys a collaborative editing process, and has strong project management and communications skills. The right person does not need to understand the insurance industry, but must be willing to learn about the industry, SSP organization, and our partners.

The Creative Service Associate will report to the Manager of Marketing and work closely with all team members in elevating the SSP brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain marketing materials such as PPT templates, Employee Benefit Guides, brand signage, etc.
• Deliver custom collateral requests for Producers
• Create SSP advertisements for regional and local opportunities
• Edit and animate short-form videos and photos for various channels
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in print and digital design (portfolio required)
• 3-5 years experience and proficiency with template creation in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, additional skills in Premiere Pro is a plus
• Experience designing and editing Employee Benefit Guide templates, preferred not required
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management abilities
• Corporate marketing department, creative and/or marketing agency experience a plus
• Team player with the ability to work effectively both in groups and independently
