Dog friendly officesParking: is provided onsiteDuration: Permanent/Direct HireJob Description: this role is primarily responsible for curating, creating/editing content, and writing copy for posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining a social media calendar. Big picture, the person in this role must be capable of implementing the company's Social Media strategy - which is to provide informative posts educating folks about the brand. In addition, of course we also need the person in this role to stay on track to increase the company's online presence, while improving team's sales efforts.Responsibilities:*Oversee daily social media management (and interns supporting you) for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok etc. including curating content, answering direct messages, and commenting back to fans on content posts as well as numbers. The more we interact with our customers & fans in a meaningful and entertaining manner the better!*Create funny and engaging copy which is in line with our brand voice.*Maintain social media calendar and support Customer Service/Social Media with overall efforts/strategy.*Facilitate relationships with other social media handles and influencers in a professional and brand-worthy manner (that is beneficial to all parties involved).*Oversee giveaways and contents (from inception through awarding prizes to the winners).*Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team/management about trends, posts, followers, and/or trolls (that may help our harm our brand).*Oversee interns who help support daily office functions (fly farms, signing for packages, office supply inventory), and more.*Conceptualize, create in-house content for social media/YouTube using our fly farms.*Contribute/support to E-Commerce initiatives and strategy.*Support and organize outsourced/professional photo and video shoots for content as needed.*Traffic materials for advertising campaigns (TV commercials) as needed.*Provide creative assets/materials for our global distribution partners as needed.*Keeps a cool mind during busy times and is willing to work on weekends and/or delegate weekend social media monitoring to interns (for our crazy busy summers).*Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and share with our team.*Must be a good team player that puts the TEAM first.*Excellent critical thinking, multitasking, and good time-management skills*Prepare daily & weekly social reports/recaps on paid and organic metrics.Qualifications:*Bachelors Degree Required*Desire to grow with a company and help support a brand growing in the USA and globally.*Sense of humor*Must be able to work on weekends and/or manage interns to do so*Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.*General understanding of the concepts of e-commerce and marketing funnels.*Able to do basic video and photo editing. Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not a requirement.*Good knowledge of Microsoft software products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.*Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.*Proficient in interacting with customers to effectively maintain brand voice, and sales profile.*Strong customer service/care skills.*Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.*Reliable, self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
