Position: Content or Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: The Content or Senior Content Marketing Specialist will create and manage various content and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling across multiple mediums and simplify technical concepts for B2B audiences. Over time, they will master our brand voice and values, enhancing firm growth through thought leadership, including articles, videos, social media content, and strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and edit engaging content (emails, blogs, newsletters, press releases).
2. Manage content calendar and collaborate on content distribution.
3. Write scripts for videos and social media content.
4. Handle industry award nominations and submission deadlines.
5. Assist in video production and SEO strategy.
6. Craft marketing collateral and maintain marketing materials.
7. Collaborate on various marketing projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field.
2. 3-5 years (Content Marketing Specialist) or 5-7 years (Senior Content Marketing Specialist) of relevant experience
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
4. Knowledge of AP style and SEO best practices.
5. Experience with video content marketing and social media.
6. Preferred experience with WordPress, email marketing, public relations, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and marketing automation.
7. Strong project management and communication skills.
8. Passion for marketing trends and best practices.
9. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
