Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Manager, Marketing Creative and Brand for the South Region plays a pivotal role in one of the most significant brandtransformations in healthcare today. As part of CommonSpirit Health’s national rebranding initiative, this leader willbring a unified system name, visual identity, and brand presence to life across all care sites and communications withinthe South Region. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a brand is experienced by patients, providers, andcommunities alike.
This strategic and creative leader will guide a regional implementation team through a high-impact rollout. The Manageris responsible for ensuring thoughtful, localized execution of the brand across all touchpoints—from signage and digitalplatforms to internal culture and patient communications. This role serves as a vital connector between national visionand local delivery, advancing brand unification, ensuring creative excellence, and preparing the region for successful,system-wide brand integration.
● Partner closely with the System Brand team to ensure national strategies are effectively translated intolocalized creative solutions that maintain brand cohesion.● Provide input on templates, playbooks, and training resources to empower regional teams with the tools theyneed to deliver brand-aligned work.● Track and manage cross-functional work streams, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and lead issueresolution in partnership with internal and external teams.● Liaise with executive and operational stakeholders across markets to support buy-in, visibility, and brandcontinuity across departments.● Contribute creative insights and recommendations to inform evolving brand guidelines based on real-timefeedback and implementation realities.● Support internal campaign development and brand activation efforts to engage employees and stakeholdersthroughout the brand transition journey.

Qualifications Required Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field)● 10+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or marketing leadership,
preferably in healthcare , nonprofit, or complexmulti-market organizations.
● Strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience in overseeing brand creative development and implementation across a widerange of channels.
