https:/ /naadam.co/ Job Summary: Naadam is seeking a driven and resourceful Brand Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The Brand Marketing Associate will help shape and maintain a consistent brand identity across every consumer touchpoint, ensuring the Naadam voice resonates in both campaign storytelling and always-on communications. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things brand marketing and storytelling across all marketing channels, with specific emphasis on email and SMS. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain consistency in brand voice across all customer touchpoints Support the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives across all channels Partner with Design, eCommerce, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand and product messaging Write and edit clear, compelling, on-brand messaging for all marketing needs and channels including email and SMS communications, paid assets, social media, brand campaigns, website, etc Support in driving campaigns forward across their full lifecycle including strategic planning and brief writing; copy development and collaboration with the Creative team on design; email/SMS execution (set up, scheduling, etc. in Klaviyo/Attentive); and performance tracking and analysis of marketing assets Conduct competitor analysis across marketing channels to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance Stay up-to-date on fashion, culture, and digital trends to keep messaging fresh and relevant Skills Strong organization and project management skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and wearing multiple hats Collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and highly creative Strong writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, voice, and tone; emphasis on humor Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or similar Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field 2-3+ years experience marketing for a DTC fashion brand Experience specializing in email and SMS marketing Experience writing content/copy for campaign messaging Benefits Paid Vacation Health Insurance 401k Plan Hybrid Work - Employees are required to be in office at least 3 days a week Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000 Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
