Designer: Creative Department
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Designer to join the Vivint Creative Team. This role involves designing impactful, high-performing creative assets—graphic, print, digital, and apparel—for various audiences and channels. The ideal candidate is versatile, collaborative, proactive, and contributes to our brand vision and marketing strategy.
As part of our Creative Team, you’ll work on a variety of visually compelling content tailored to different platforms. Experience in designing marketing materials within the technology industry and understanding how design influences campaign results throughout the sales funnel are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity, Creative Strategy, & Innovation
- Act as a conduit and ambassador for the creative department, resolving problems with creative design solutions while aligning with brand vision and audience needs.
- Maintain and influence Vivint’s brand identity across digital, print, event spaces, and installations.
- Contribute ideas for brand evolution and creative storytelling.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that resonate with customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitors’ branding; participate in brainstorming sessions for new concepts and campaign themes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
Design Execution
- Create assets for print and digital platforms ensuring cohesive campaign experiences.
- Design digital marketing assets, including social media, email campaigns, display ads, and website graphics.
- Develop marketing collateral, brochures, signage, and packaging; coordinate with vendors for print quality.
- Support marketing with conversion-focused design strategies.
- Manage the full creative process: ideation, collaboration, feedback, stakeholder communication, export, and production prep.

- Strong communication skills, including presentations and meetings facilitation.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Sound judgment in methods, strategy, and execution.
- Motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in decision-making.
- Knowledge of current design trends and strategies that drive engagement.
- Proficiency in creating cohesive graphic assets for marketing channels (email, app, web pages, banners, etc.).
- Understanding of brand systems and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Ability to work closely with marketing, creative teams, copywriters, and developers for successful campaigns.
- Motivated to understand the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable pitching ideas to stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with mobile-first audiences.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and project management tools like Asana.
- Ability to perform tasks beyond standard software skills.
