Re-Marketing Administrator
responsible for contacting lessees nearing the end of their lease terms, discussing future options, coordinating vehicle logistics, and managing lease turn-ins. The role involves analyzing inspection reports to maximize vehicle options and noting damages, as well as coordinating transportation to auto auctions using advanced software. Monitoring inventory levels to prevent vehicles from slipping through the cracks is also key.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Contact lessees to discuss end-of-term options
Set accurate callback dates and update statuses in the system
Initiate inspection processes with inspection companies and follow up until completion
Utilize knowledge of company products / services to process customer information efficiently and respond diplomatically to inquiries and complaints
Communicate with customers via phone or email to meet company standards
Stay current on market conditions, products, and technologies
Maintain organized electronic files
Trace and expedite past-due lease terminations to ensure satisfaction
Organize nationwide vehicle transportation with auction logistics
Resolve transportation issues promptly
Book lease return vehicles to maximize options
Collaborate with remarketing and customer service departments
Assist with the end-of-sale process
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Organized, self-motivated, with strong time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry is a plus
Adaptability to changing work environments

Compensation and Benefits :
Base pay of $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and location
