As a Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching, creating, managing, and reviewing third-party content to create regulation data imports for the Compliance Content Library as a component of our implementation process.
You will engage with customers and internal NAVEX support, technical, implementation and consulting resources to ensure seamless migration and integration into our applications. Additionally, you will track deadline-driven deliverables and ensure that customer satisfaction and expectations are met and exceeded while providing input to estimations and scoping requests.

What you’ll do:
- Monitor applicable compliance documents (e.g. regulations, standards, and best practices) for material change
- Test the quality and usability of content files for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain accuracy of mapping materials that comprise content offerings
- Research future compliance trends and changes to identify new opportunities
- Contribute to process and procedural improvements
- Maintain ownership for the entire lifecycle of content libraries
- Partner with our Customer Support, Implementation, Consultant, and Technical Specialists to deliver outstanding customer results
- Participate in customer meetings as needed to ensure proper configuration of content to meet business needs and provide assistance to customers implementing content solutions
- Perform job responsibilities in a deadline-driven methodology, with time tracking and management of customer projects as needed
What you’ll need:
- A relevant college degree (minimum of Associate degree) preferred
- Knowledge of control frameworks and methodologies or policy creation preferred
- Working knowledge of IT and/or business processes preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project management tools
- Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Experience working directly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, scope estimation, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, collaboration and administrative sales support
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

The starting pay range for this role is $25+ per hour.
