We are seeking a skilled and motivated residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. The role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to perform emergency repairs when needed. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, including motors, pumps, condensers, boilers, heaters, and controls
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
- Provide technical assistance and advice to customers regarding HVAC systems
- Prepare detailed records and reports of work performed
- Act as a company representative when interacting with contractors, owners, and trades
- Advise customers on additional services that may benefit them
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the service coordinator or manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform emergency repairs efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ductwork and Exhaust Fans
- Residential remodeling and minor carpentry experience
