Job Overview
As the Community Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, focusing on accountability and delivering legendary services to residents and stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in maintaining property standards, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. This position requires strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability and legendary service within the team.
Responsibilities
- Property Operations:
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct property inspections and implement preventive maintenance.
- Tenant Relations:
- Serve as primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Foster positive relationships and implement resident retention programs.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor rent collection, and analyze financial reports.
- Accountability:
- Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and track KPIs.
- Legendary Customer Service:
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and enhancing resident experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience, managing multifamily or commercial properties.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and legal knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance.
