Location: Onsite, Oakbrook, IL Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Security Clearance Required Start: ASAP We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Resident Engineer (RE) with recent Nokia RAN experience (within the past 2 years) to support our customer operations in Oakbrook, IL. This role requires hands-on expertise with Nokia equipment and tools, and a strong understanding of radio access network operations and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first line of support for anomalies across Nokia RAN elements. Perform fault analysis and basic troubleshooting; escalate unresolved issues to Nokia Care. Execute migrations, upgrades, and change requests on behalf of the customer. Prepare and review Method of Procedure (MOP) documents. Support ORT/ATP activities as required by the scope of work. Generate and review incident and KPI reports (if applicable to RE scope). Maintain up-to-date records of network configurations, changes, and upgrades. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to stakeholders and end users. Lead and coordinate BSS engineers and contractors during installation and integration phases. Support feature trials, testing, and new product launches as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Recent hands-on experience (within 2 years) with Nokia RAN equipment Strong O&M experience with Nokia AirScale and FlexiZone BTS (indoor & outdoor) site solutions Proficiency in Nokia BTS Element Managers: Web User Interface BTS Site Manager BTS CLI Familiarity with Nokia troubleshooting tools: Emil Toolkit DCAP UTF 5G Toolkit Working knowledge of Nokia OSS tools: CM Operation Manager CM Editor Workflow Tool Software Manager Monitor Application Experience using the Nokia Discovery Documentation Center Additional Requirements: Ability to work full-time onsite (no remote) Eligible for or already hold necessary security clearance Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills Thank you!
