Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing will represent marketing in the development, implementation, and management of marketing programs. He/she will develop commercial plans and marketing/sales materials as Nevro expands indications and patient populations, leading marketing content and strategy to support professional education, conferences, and HCP digital marketing. This position will develop and launch downstream programs to the US sales team. Drive New Product Adoption, including exploration of HCP benefit and partnering with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new product toolkits. Gather, synthesize, and prioritize voice of customer feedback from physicians and other stakeholders to identify new opportunities, prioritize and drive alignment across the organization. Establish metrics and manage ongoing continuous improvement of marketing programs and materials. Analyze business to understand trends and drive recommendations to improve execution of strategic plans. Collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Education, and cross-functional partners to support and accelerate product adoption. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers. Partner with Learning & Development to ensure the effective training of the sales team. Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners. Other duties as assigned. Role Requirements
BA/BS Degree. Prior neuromodulation experience a plus. 3-5 years of post-MBA experience or 5-7 years of medical device experience. Project Management Experience. Skills and Knowledge
Prior experience launching a new product in a highly competitive market. Prior pain experience highly preferred. Downstream marketing experience supporting a mid-large sales team. Prior vendor management experience to develop effective marketing campaigns on time. Strong team player who can collaborate and incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong and creative thinker who is intellectually curious. Sound decision-making capabilities. Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership. Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development a must. Domestic and international travel up to 25%. Ability to work from Redwood City office (or travel to quarterly if remote). Responsible for personal and non-personal promotion, including digital and social strategy. Target Pay Range
$146,125.00 - $200,921.50. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
