Perkins&Will Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals. Assists the marketing manager/director and supports the marketing team with marketing activities. Assists with the production of marketing materials and literature. Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing communications. Provides support for marketing events as required. Assists with the collation of information for promotional literature. Uploads marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites. Updates and maintains the marketing department's documentation and databases. Manages events, books venues and orders marketing materials. Supports awards submissions and PR efforts
Responsibilities
Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals. Assists the marketing manager/director and supports the marketing team with marketing activities. Education & Experience
0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field – especially in the architecture, design, or professional services industries. Bachelor's degree
PROFICIENCIES
Personable and articulate Sharp writing and critical thinking skills Effective project management capabilities Sound understanding of marketing principles Strong Administration skills
SOFTWARE
Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred Open Asset Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay range for this position is between $61,600 and $78,700 commensurate with qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package for full time employees including, medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA accounts, 401k with employer match, PTO and paid holidays, short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, commuter benefits, life insurance, and learning and development opportunities.
