Head of Growth & Marketing , you won’t inherit a roadmap—you’ll write it. This is your opportunity to define go-to-market strategy, build brand authority, and lead end-to-end execution in a fast-scaling environment. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO and an architect of how this company communicates with the market. Key Responsibilities Own the Full Marketing Funnel:
Define and lead marketing across demand generation, product marketing, content, brand positioning, digital strategy, and events. Craft the Narrative:
Translate highly technical platform capabilities into compelling, differentiating messages for enterprise buyers. Execute and Iterate:
Launch and scale multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborate at the C-Level:
Partner with product, engineering, and sales to align market insights with product strategy and revenue goals. Build and Scale the Team:
Recruit and lead a world-class team as the company grows from seed to Series B. Lead with Influence:
Represent the company through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and industry forums. What You'll Bring Must-Haves: 5+ years of marketing leadership in wireless technology or enterprise network software (e.g., experience at a supplier/vendor like Cisco, Aruba, or Nokia). Proven success owning marketing in a startup from seed or Series A through growth. Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM execution for highly technical B2B products. Demonstrated ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies independently. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive alignment across technical and executive audiences. Preferred: Experience in adjacent markets such as IoT, edge computing, or private 5G. Prior success scaling brand presence and demand generation under lean conditions.
