NOBULL is seeking a Photographer for its rapidly growing Brand Creative team. Through close collaboration with creative partners, this hire will provide expertise on creative and technical aspects, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality, elevated photography assets. The individual will be responsible for capturing a variety of photography content, organizing and managing digital assets, and maintaining a cohesive visual brand aesthetic.

1. Serve as a photographer, leading a variety of projects including campaigns, product photography, and studio productions to support brand initiatives.
2. Work closely with creative directors to ensure alignment on visual direction and story.
3. Ensure a high level of expertise in lighting, composition, and storytelling to maintain brand authenticity.
4. Execute and evolve NOBULL’s visual brand standards, ensuring consistency across all photography.
5. Post-production: Perform detailed retouching, color grading, cropping, and batch-processing to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
6. Ensure all images meet brand quality standards across digital, social, and print platforms.
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
8. Maintain a structured Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for seamless archiving and retrieval.
9. Keep the photo library organized, tagging and categorizing assets efficiently.

1. 7+ years of professional photography experience, with a focus on brand storytelling and studio photography.
2. Experience working in a high-volume photo production environment with a proven track record and experience in creating a diverse range of commercial photography assets.
3. Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring consistency in lighting, color grading, and retouching.
4. Advanced skillset in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Capture One.
5. Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and organizing large-scale photo libraries.
6. Ability to execute and evolve NOBULL’s visual brand standards while maintaining authenticity.
7. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Demonstrated decision-making skills to successfully manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
8. Team Player that brings positive energy to the team.
