Reporting to the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing, you will work within the Red Bull North America (RBNA) Sales and Trade Marketing team to support fundamental tasks involved in the Point of Sale (POS) development process from concept development to delivery. You must understand the retail environment to develop merchandising solutions, have an eye on trends and the future, a desire to understand shoppers, and above all else, the desire to win versus competition and look like #1 in-store. With a focus on large format customers (including mass, grocery, and club channels) you will manage the retail marketing and visibility strategies for assigned customers.
Job Description
MANAGE VISUAL MERCHANDISING/ POS STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
Be the subject matter expert and contact for assigned customer's POS and merchandising plans
Develop and implement POS solutions that serve the needs of assigned customers, complement shopper behavior and ensure Red Bull looks like #1 in store
Manage and communicate Trade Marketing production timelines to all relevant partners
Support the annual business plan process (including guideline and "look of success" development) with guidance on POS solutions to achieve commercial and brand goals
Additional assigned projects as determined by the business needs
REGIONAL ACTIVATIONS
Develop temporary ambient display materials that promote the off-premise sales strategy
Partner with Brand, Ops, Trade Finance and Sales teams to plan in store theater programs
Partner with agencies of record and vendor partners to develop impactful and easy to assemble temporary display items, technical drawings and the most cost-effective production methods
Support IST program proof of concept providing estimated cost guidance for planning processes
MANAGE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW POS INNOVATIONS
Help develop POS technical innovation and test projects based on business impact and customer needs
Collaborate with important partners including Global Trade Marketing, US Product, US Shopper Marketing & US Operations, and US Key Account Sales Teams
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and refine processes
Stay up to date on industry trend analysis, competitive activity, and changing shopper behaviors through industry publications, events, insight reports, supplier relationships
LOOK LIKE #1 IN STORE
Strengthen the Look of Success and Perfect Store standards across assigned projects/ customers/ channels/ supplier relationships
Improve Trade Marketing project execution success through regular market visits, customer/ sales team meetings, and distribution partner route rides
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in trade marketing (experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is advantageous)
Project Management Experience
Technical knowledge of print production process
Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com)
Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
English, additional languages an advantage
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $102,000 to $113,000 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
