What You’ll get to Do
Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Task Status Reports for Government Customer (MTSR) for multiple Task Orders
- Prepare Service Measures Reports for Government Customer (knowledge of JIRA, SolarWinds)
- Prepare and Maintain monthly automated vROps (VMware Area Operations) Data and reports
- Update documents on production system, knowledge of Confluence required
- Prepare slide shows as required for both NG Management and Government Customer
- Review, Edit and Revise documents provided by Engineers
- Conduct quality review of materials
- Perform the function of Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist for all Task Orders in Tampa
- Manage content on the production system within Confluence
- Manage content maintained on SharePoint for local management
- Assist the Task Order Manager and Site Leads with the development of new knowledge management process, support diagnosis of current issues, and will redesign, reconstruct and monitor processes to ensure effectiveness
Basic Qualifications
- Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of relevant experience is required. Note: Years of experience must pertain directly to writing and editing technical documents.
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
- Must possess a current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)
- Knowledge of DoD industry practices (TO 00-5-1, Mil-STD-38784, MIL-STD-3048, Mil-STD-1808). Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.
- Experienced in querying engineers for clarity and compliance purposes and must be skilled in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- History of collaboration in small teams with different organizations
- Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, DevOps, etc.
- Experience working with DoD Customer
