Overview
Part-Time Creative Lead (LA-Based Influencer). Potential to become Full-Time.
Location: Calabasas/Woodland Hills, CA – Hybrid (Remote & In-Person)
Compensation: $3,200+ per month (DOE)
Time Commitment: ~25 hours per week (flexible schedule)+
We’re hiring a concept-driven creative to collaborate with an LA-based influencer known for a clean, polished, sexual, and feminine aesthetic. The focus is short-form video—Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts—with a clear visual identity and editorial-level attention to detail.
You should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, a sharp instinct for what performs, and the ability to push ideas forward—beyond trends, but always in conversation with them.
What You’ll Do
• Develop Concepts: Create original, intelligent content ideas designed to resonate, not just trend.
• Prep Shoots: Scout locations, gather references, pull pieces, coordinate production.
• Creative Direct: Work directly with the influencer to shape and execute the vision on set.
• Refine Aesthetic: Maintain a high level of visual consistency—clean, modern, aspirational.
• Translate Culture: Monitor shifts in digital culture and convert them into usable, on-brand creative.
What We’re Looking For
• You think in visuals, not content calendars.
• You understand short-form deeply—how it works, why it works, and when to break the rules.
• You have taste. You know how to reference fashion, film, music, and art without being obvious.
• You know how to direct without over-directing.
• You can execute with minimal gear and maximal clarity.
Ideal Background
• Experience creating content for personal brands, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
• Strong visual portfolio (Reels, TikToks, or campaigns that show your perspective)
• Familiarity with filming on iPhone and making it look intentional
• Los Angeles-based with reliable transportation
To Apply
Send:
• A link to your portfolio or relevant work
• Social handles (yours or accounts you’ve worked on)
• A few lines about how you approach content— please keep it sharp
please do not just send your resume.
